2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointment times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, or emergency calls.

  • Missed or canceled appointments without reasonable notice may be subject to a service fee.
     

3. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • We accept approved payment methods as disclosed at the time of service.
     
  • Late or unpaid balances may incur additional fees as permitted by Texas law.
     

4. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
     
  • Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions may result in revised pricing.
     
  • Estimates are not guarantees unless stated in writing.
     

5. Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts when applicable.
     
  • Labor warranties, if provided, will be specified on your invoice.
     
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
     

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location
     
  • Ensure utilities (power, gas, water) are available
     
  • Secure pets and remove hazards from work areas
